Description
This nutted rear shock shaft is built for the 5IVE-T 3.0, and according to Losi's fitment notes it's compatible across 5IVE platform variants as well. Machined from strong steel alloy to a 97mm length, it's engineered to handle the repeated compression and rebound cycles a rear shock shaft experiences during hard landings and high-speed running without bending or developing play at the seal. The nutted design allows for a secure, adjustable connection at the shock's piston end, making it easier to fine-tune shock assembly during builds or rebuilds. The package includes two rear shock shafts, enough to service both rear shocks in a single purchase. Shock shafts see constant wear against the shaft seals and take direct impact loads from the suspension, so replacing a bent or pitted shaft is important for keeping shocks damping consistently and sealing oil properly. This is a direct factory-spec replacement for the 5IVE-T 3.0's rear shocks, making it a straightforward fix for worn, bent, or notched shock shafts affecting suspension performance.
