Description
This latch post side guard is a chassis hardware component engineered for the Losi 5IVE-T 3.0 platform, designed to work with the vehicle's screwless side-mounting body latch system. Rather than relying on traditional screws, the post lets the side guard panel snap securely into place, speeding up body panel removal and reinstallation during pit stops or maintenance. Each post is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, giving it the strength to withstand repeated mounting cycles and the impacts that come with rough terrain running, without stripping out or wearing loose the way a plastic or molded post would over time. The aluminum construction also resists bending under side impacts, helping keep the side guard panel properly secured to the chassis even after hard hits. The package includes four latch posts, enough to outfit the full side guard mounting points on the vehicle. This is a factory replacement part for the 5IVE-T 3.0, intended for drivers who need to restore or replace worn, broken, or missing latch posts to keep the screwless side guard system functioning as designed.
