These motor mount inserts are precision-machined slugs designed for the Losi 5IVE-TE 3.0 platform, giving drivers a quick way to fine-tune gear mesh without swapping the entire motor plate. This set is sized for 14.5 and 19.5 pinion positions when running a 67-tooth spur gear, letting racers dial in the correct mesh for their motor and gearing combination. Each insert is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, a lightweight yet durable alloy that resists the wear and heat generated at the motor mount interface far better than stamped or molded alternatives. The unique shape of the insert locates precisely in the motor mount pocket, keeping the motor aligned and mesh consistent run after run. The package includes four mounting inserts along with the hardware needed for installation, so no additional parts are required to get the mount set up. This is a factory-correct replacement and tuning component for the 5IVE-TE 3.0, useful both for restoring a worn mount to spec and for racers who need a specific gear mesh option not covered by other insert sizes.
