Description
This front and rear outdrive set is designed for the Losi 1/6-scale 8IGHT-X Super Lasernut 4WD brushless buggy. The outdrives connect the differential internals to the dog bones and axles, transferring drive torque from the diff out to the wheels while allowing the driveline to flex through suspension travel. On a large-scale, high-torque 4WD buggy, outdrives are a common wear point since they absorb repeated shock loads from hard landings and aggressive acceleration, and a stripped, cracked, or worn outdrive can lead to slipping dog bones, drivetrain slop, or a loss of power at that corner. These outdrives are manufactured to the same specification as the factory-installed parts, making them a direct replacement for driveline wear items rather than a performance upgrade over stock. Replacing worn outdrives restores a tight connection between the differential and dog bone, helping protect the diff gears and axle components from additional wear. The package includes two outdrives, covering both a front and rear replacement in a single set.
