Description
This front universal joint set is designed for the Losi 1/6-scale 8IGHT-X Super Lasernut 4WD brushless buggy. Front universals connect the front driveshafts to the front outdrives, allowing the front axles to transmit power through steering angle and suspension travel without binding. On a large-scale 4WD buggy running high-torque brushless power, a worn or damaged universal joint can create excess slop, vibration, or a total loss of drive to a front wheel, so keeping these joints in good condition is important for consistent handling and power delivery. These universals are manufactured to the same specification as the factory-installed parts, making them a direct replacement for wear items rather than a performance upgrade over stock components. Swapping in fresh universals restores smooth, consistent power transfer to the front wheels after impact damage or normal wear from repeated hard driving. The package includes two front universal joints, enough to service both sides of the front axle assembly in a single replacement.
