Description
This chassis set is a factory replacement part designed for the Losi LMT Mega KS monster truck platform. It forms the core structural base of the truck, tying together the drivetrain, suspension mounts, and cage while providing the rigidity needed to handle the stress of large-scale monster truck driving. Chassis components absorb constant flex and impact loads from jumps, rock crawling, and hard landings, and the factory chassis can crack or warp over time under that repeated stress. Replacing the full chassis set restores the truck's original structural integrity and mounting geometry rather than attempting to patch a damaged section. Molded to the LMT Mega KS's exact specifications, the set bolts in using the same mounting points as the factory chassis, so no additional drilling or modification is needed during installation. As a scale 1/10 monster truck part, it is built to handle the demanding forces this platform sees during aggressive bashing. This is a direct factory replacement rather than a performance redesign, keeping the truck's stock ride height and geometry intact. LMT Mega KS owners rebuilding after chassis damage will restore their truck to original factory specification with this part.
