Description
This is a genuine Losi aluminum chassis plate designed for the 8IGHT-T RTR, a 1/8 scale truggy. The chassis forms the structural backbone of the vehicle, connecting the suspension mounts, drivetrain, and radio gear while providing the stiffness needed to handle high-speed off-road running and hard landings typical of truggy racing and bashing. Replacing a bent, cracked, or twisted chassis restores proper alignment across the entire truck, since a warped plate can throw off suspension geometry and drivetrain mesh even if every other component is undamaged. Because this plate is manufactured to Losi's original 8IGHT-T RTR specifications, all mounting holes and cutouts line up directly with the stock suspension arms, bulkheads, and electronics without any modification. This is a direct factory replacement rather than a performance upgrade, making it the right part for repairing crash damage or restoring a chassis that has flexed or cracked from repeated hard use. Aluminum construction gives the chassis the strength and rigidity needed to resist bending under load while keeping overall weight reasonable for a competitive 1/8 scale truggy.
