The Losi 8IGHT-XTE is a fully assembled, ready-to-run 1/8 scale 4WD brushless race truggy built for competitive off-road racing. It shares its chassis architecture with the award-winning TLR 8IGHT-X platform, a proven design that has claimed consecutive ROAR National Championships. Compared to a typical buggy, the truggy layout adds a longer wheelbase and wider stance with larger tires, giving drivers easier, more forgiving handling at speed without sacrificing race pedigree. Construction includes an aluminum chassis and aluminum shock towers, oil-filled shocks, and adjustable steel turnbuckles throughout the suspension for precise tuning, along with a full-metal driveline and sealed, fluid-filled differentials for durability. Power comes from a sensored brushless motor system rated at 2250Kv paired with a 130A ESC for smooth, race-legal power delivery. The truck arrives with a Pro-Line Racing body, wheels, and tires, plus a Spektrum DX3 2.4GHz transmitter, S665 digital servo, SR315 receiver, tools, decals, and instructions. A 4S LiPo battery, compatible charger, and paint for the clear body are needed to complete the setup. This is a complete vehicle, not a stock replacement part.
