The ARRMA ARA810002 24mm Wheel Wrench is a genuine ARRMA tool for removing and fitting 24mm wheel nuts.
Large scale ARRMA vehicles use 24mm wheel nuts, and they are torqued down hard for good reason: a wheel nut that backs off at speed on a 6S or 8S vehicle means losing a wheel mid run, which usually takes the hub, axle, and sometimes the suspension arm with it. That clamping force is exactly why a proper wrench matters.
Using pliers or an adjustable spanner on a wheel nut rounds the flats quickly. Once rounded, the nut becomes progressively harder to remove, and a seized rounded nut on a hot vehicle at the track is a session ending problem. A correctly sized wrench engages the full flat surface and spreads the load evenly, so the nut stays serviceable through hundreds of removals.
Wheel removal is one of the most frequent jobs in RC maintenance, needed for tire changes, bearing service, hub inspection, and cleaning after a muddy run. Having the right tool in the pit box makes that routine rather than awkward.
