Description
The ARRMA ARA402329 is a genuine factory replacement 1/10 scale painted body shell for the ARRMA Kraton 4X4 4S BLX monster truck.
The shell is moulded from strong and flexible polycarbonate, and that flexibility is what keeps it alive. A body that gives on impact and springs back survives crashes that would crack a rigid material outright. The aggressive styling is shaped for aerodynamic performance at the speeds a 4S Kraton reaches, so the profile does more than look the part.
Everything is finished at the factory. The shell arrives pre-painted in the ARRMA trim scheme, decorated with high quality decals for added detail, pre-trimmed for a fast fit, and with the body post holes already drilled. There is no masking, spraying, curing, decal application, or scissor work needed before it goes on the truck.
Replacing a tired shell is the most visible improvement available on a used vehicle. Bodies collect cracks, scuffs, and elongated post holes faster than any other part, and once those holes widen the shell stops sitting tight and begins shifting during runs, which accelerates cracking around the mounts.
This is a direct replacement for the kit supplied item and fits the stock mounting locations with no modification. A decal sheet is included.
