This rear spring is a newly designed replacement for the Losi 5IVE-T 3.0's 32mm rear shocks, providing a 13.1 lb spring rate for the rear suspension. Matching spring rate to shock and vehicle weight is essential for keeping a large-scale short course truck composed over rough terrain, and this spring is purpose-built for the updated 32mm shock body used on the 3.0 chassis. Consistent wire-forming construction helps the spring hold its rate over extended use, resisting the sag and fatigue that lower-quality springs can develop after repeated compressions. As a direct factory-matched replacement, it installs on the stock 32mm rear shocks without requiring other hardware changes, restoring correct ride height and rear suspension balance after a lost, damaged, or worn original spring. It also gives drivers a way to fine-tune rear-end stiffness for different terrain or driving styles. The package includes two rear springs, enough for both rear shocks on one truck.
