Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders under $75 will have standard shipping rates applied at checkout.

How fast will my order ship?

Orders placed by 2:00 PM EST typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will ship the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or major US holidays.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to 18 countries internationally. International shipping rates start at $10 and vary by destination and package weight. You can view the full list of countries we ship to on our Countries We Ship To page.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using our AfterShip order tracking integration. Simply click the tracking link in your email or visit our order tracking page.

What carriers do you use?

We ship via major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used depends on your location, package size, and selected shipping method at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new, unused condition in their original packaging. There is no restocking fee on eligible returns.

How do I start a return?

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.

Can I return an item that has been used or installed?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, installed, or are not in their original condition. All returned items must be new and unused.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or part, please contact us and we'll be happy to help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

How do I track my order?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly! If you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee modifications once an order is in processing.

My tracking shows delivered but I haven't received my package. What should I do?

First, check around your delivery area and with neighbors. If you still can't locate the package, please contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to investigate.

Do you sell complete RC vehicles or just parts?

We specialize in RC upgrade parts, batteries, servos, tires, and accessories. While our focus is on parts and upgrades, we may carry select RTR (Ready-to-Run) vehicles. Use the search bar or browse our collections to see current inventory.

What is the difference between RTR, KIT, and BND RC vehicles?
  • RTR (Ready-to-Run): Comes fully assembled and ready to drive, usually just needs batteries.
  • KIT: Requires assembly — great for hobbyists who enjoy building their vehicle from scratch.
  • BND (Bind-and-Drive): Comes without a transmitter/receiver — you bind it to your existing radio system.
