Replacement wheel washers. Four per package.
The wheel washers sit between the wheel and the retaining nut, spreading clamping load across the wheel face instead of concentrating it around the hex. Without them, or with worn ones, the nut digs into the wheel and the mounting hole elongates until the wheel no longer seats square.
