Description
The Losi TLR344006 is a front spindle set for universals, built for the 8IGHT 4.0 Nitro and 8IGHT-E 4.0. This spindle set is specifically designed to accept universal joint driveshafts, and it's required in order to properly install the companion TLR342010 front universal set, so the two parts work together as a matched system rather than as standalone upgrades.
Universal joints provide smoother power delivery through steering angle and suspension travel compared to standard CV driveshafts, and this spindle set is the front-end hardware that makes that upgrade possible on the 4.0 platform. Because this is a system-level upgrade rather than a simple wear-item replacement, it's worth planning your order to include both parts together if you're upgrading from a standard driveshaft setup.
