The Losi TLR4406 is a T Tri Horn Gen III radio tray built for the 8IGHT 3.0 and 8IGHT 2.0. The radio tray houses and protects your receiver, and this Gen III design with the Tri Horn mounting pattern reflects Losi's updated layout for organizing electronics on these nitro buggy and truggy platforms.
A cracked or broken radio tray can leave your receiver exposed to dirt, fuel residue, and vibration damage, all of which can lead to radio glitches or receiver failure at the worst possible time. Because the radio tray sits in a relatively protected area of the chassis, damage here usually indicates a fairly serious impact, making it worth inspecting your electronics for damage as well when replacing this tray. This genuine Losi part matches the factory Gen III mounting pattern for the 8IGHT 3.0 and 2.0, so it installs using your existing chassis mounting points.
