Description
The Losi TLR2954 is a drive ring set, sold as a pair, built for the TLR 22, 22T, SCT-2.0, and 22 4.0. Drive rings work within your slipper clutch assembly, engaging with the spur gear and drive hub to transfer power from your motor through the slipper and into the drivetrain.
A worn drive ring can cause your slipper to grab inconsistently, leading to unpredictable power delivery off the line or through hard acceleration, which is a common symptom of a slipper assembly that's overdue for a rebuild. Because the slipper assembly manages shock loads from hard acceleration and impacts, its components wear gradually over a season of regular use, and drive rings are one of the parts most directly affected by that wear. This genuine Losi pair matches the factory specification for the 22 platform's slipper assembly, so it installs during a routine slipper rebuild without modification.
