The Losi LOSA99031 is an aluminum servo arm built for KO Propo and Airtronics servos on the 8IGHT 3.0, 8IGHT 2.0, 8IGHT T, and 8IGHT-T 2.0. This arm connects your steering servo's output shaft to the steering linkage, and aluminum construction gives it substantially more strength than the stock plastic arm against the shock loads that travel through your steering system during hard impacts and aggressive cornering.
Because the spline pattern is cut specifically to match KO Propo and Airtronics servo shafts, confirming your servo brand before ordering is important, since spline patterns vary between manufacturers and won't interchange. A stripped plastic arm can fail without warning, leaving you without steering control at the worst possible time, which makes this aluminum upgrade cheap insurance for regular racers and bashers alike.
