The Losi TLR6312 is a locknut sized 2.5 x .45 x 5mm, built for the TLR 22, 22T, 22SCT, 22 2.0, 22 4.0, and 22X-4. Locknuts use a nylon insert or deformed thread to resist loosening under vibration, which matters at the many small fastening points across a competition RC car that see constant shock and vibration during hard racing.
This small size is used at specific turnbuckle or linkage locations on the 22 platform where a secure, vibration-resistant nut is essential for maintaining your suspension and steering settings between runs.
