A pack of five M7 washers measuring 11mm outside diameter and 0.5mm thick, from Kyosho's universal hardware range.
Washers this size spread the clamping load of a fastener across a wider area so the head does not dig into or crack the part beneath it, and they also work as precision spacers for setting free movement in an assembly. At half a millimetre thick they are the part you reach for when you need to take a small amount of play out of something without changing anything else.
They are easy to lose during a rebuild and cheap to keep spares of, which is the main argument for having a pack in the toolbox before you need one.
Kyosho's part numbering encodes the specification directly, so the number itself confirms the M7 bore, 11mm outside diameter and 0.5mm thickness. This part supersedes the older Kyosho number 1190. Fitment is general rather than model-specific, and Kyosho lists it across the V-One R4 range, Inferno MP9 TKI4, MP10 and MP10e, Inferno NEO 3.0 and 4.0, and the DRX Subaru Impreza. Five washers are supplied.
