A pack of ten M2 washers measuring 6mm outside diameter and 0.4mm thick, from Kyosho's universal hardware range.
Washers this small spread the clamping load of a 2mm screw across a wider area so the head does not dig into or crack the plastic part beneath it. They also work as precision spacers, setting the free movement in linkages, servo mounts and small pivoting assemblies. At four tenths of a millimetre they are what you reach for when an assembly has a small amount of unwanted play and you want to take it out without changing anything else.
Being this small they are also trivially easy to lose during a rebuild, which is the practical case for keeping a pack on the shelf before you need one.
Kyosho's part numbering encodes the specification directly, so the number itself confirms the M2 bore, 6mm outside diameter and 0.4mm thickness. This part supersedes the older Kyosho number 1185. Kyosho lists it across the TF7 and TF7.7 touring cars, Inferno MP9e TKI4 and MP9e Evo., MP10e and MP10e TKI2, Inferno NEO 3.0 and the Ultima RB7SS.
