This Axial Portal Box Cover, Brass set includes two covers for the UTB18 Capra, replacing the stock plastic portal box covers with solid machined brass weighing 30g each. Adding 60g of total weight down low at the portal axles significantly improves the vehicle's center of gravity for better climbing and side-hill performance.
Because it's a genuine Axial part engineered specifically for the UTB18 Capra's portal axle housings, it's a direct-fit replacement using the vehicle's existing mounting points, without requiring any modification. Durable brass construction also improves impact resistance over the factory plastic covers.
This is a functional performance upgrade rather than a cosmetic part, aimed at UTB18 Capra owners who want improved stability through added unsprung weight at the portal axles. The set includes two brass portal box covers per package.
