Description
The ARRMA ARA340204 High Torque Slider Servo Saver Set is a genuine factory replacement steering component compatible with all ARRMA 6S BLX models, including the Kraton, Typhon, Notorious, Outcast, Talion, Mojave, Infraction, and Big Rock platforms.
A servo saver sits between the steering servo and the steering linkage and acts as a mechanical fuse. When a front wheel slams into a curb, a rock, or the ground on a bad landing, that impact travels straight back through the steering linkage toward the servo. Without a servo saver absorbing the spike, the force lands on the servo's internal gear train, and stripped servo gears are one of the more expensive and inconvenient failures on a large scale basher.
This is the high torque slider design, built to work with the powerful steering servos fitted to 6S vehicles. The slider mechanism allows the saver to give under a genuine impact while staying firm during normal steering input, so it protects the servo without introducing the vague, disconnected steering feel that an overly soft servo saver causes. That balance is what makes the high torque version worth fitting on a heavy, fast vehicle.
This installs as a direct replacement for the stock unit with no modification required. One high torque servo saver set is included.
