Description
These aluminum shock bodies are the replacement damper housings for ARRMA 6S BLX platform shocks. The shock body is the pressure vessel of the damper — it holds the oil, guides the piston, and seals against the shaft — and a body that's scored, dented, or bent from a hard impact will leak past the seals no matter how fresh the O-rings are.
Machined from aluminum and anodized red, these bodies are far more impact-resistant than composite alternatives and dissipate heat better during long, hard runs where shock oil temperature climbs. The internal bore is precision finished so the piston and seals slide smoothly, delivering consistent damping through the full stroke.
Designed for use with 4mm shock shafts, this pair covers one end of the vehicle in a rebuild. Anyone doing a full shock service on a 6S truck should inspect the bodies for scoring at the seal contact area — that's where a subtle leak usually starts.
Fitment covers ARRMA 6S BLX platforms including the Senton 6S and Kraton 6S. The package includes two aluminum shock bodies.
