This is an AKA Racing 1:10 Scale tire break-in tool. This tool was made in the USA and was designed to fit onto any standard 1/4 quick change drill to simplify the process of prepping most 1:10 scale tires for indoor racing. The key to getting the best performance out of your tires indoors is to get the tread height just right. Most of the time, racers drive about in the parking lot to speed up the process, but the tire break-in tool lets you do it at your workbench. Just chuck the tool in your drill, mount a tire to the tool, adjust the direction of the drill to match the direction of the tire when mounted on the car, and use the sandpaper of your choice to get the perfect tread height you're looking for. No more driving around aimlessly in the parking lot the burn through the tread on your tires.
